We, husband, grandson and dog, headed to the North Shore, Oahu, Hawaii last night for the sunset and big waves. I ended up stopping at Sunset Beach. When it was starting to get dark out, and many surfers were heading in, I became aware of a surfer struggling in the water. Four surfers headed back out to "rescue" the surfer and help him in. Here is one of the helpers coming back in - a second time. The water and waves were powerful - some people really do not need to be out there surfing. I am glad, as I am sure the struggling surfer is too, that people took the time to go out and help him come in.
